Hard Cover Photobooks & Photo Canvases
Hard Cover Photobooks and Photo Canvases are dispatched within 7-10 working days of receiving you completely uploaded project.
Most are dispatched via Fastway’s tracked delivery system (where coverage allows) or Australia Post’s “eParcel” tracked delivery system. They are delivered in a reinforced cardboard box. Most deliveries to major metro areas are 2-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please note deliveries to locations in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland can be up to 10 business days.
Express Production & Delivery utilises the Australia Post Express Post Network. If your nominated delivery address is within this network, dispatch is usually within 4 business days, delivery within 2 business days.
IMPORTANT: Delivery times
While every effort is made to get your completed project to you in a timely manner, once your order is dispatched (leaves our production facility) delivery times for any one dispatched item or items are subject to the load on that particular delivery network (either Fastway, Australia Post or one of their subcontractors) – PhotobooksRus will not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Soft Cover Photobooks & Small Items
Soft Cover Photobooks and small items (calendars, sipper cups, playing cards, magnets, etc.) are, by default, sent via regular Australia Post mail (in a reinforced cardboard box).
You can select the “eParcel” option when uploading your project and pay the additional fee for tracked delivery. Most deliveries are 5-6 working days.
IMPORTANT: RTS (Return To Sender) and Incorrectly Addressed Deliveries
In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, an incorrect delivery address being supplied, or for any other reason not caused by PhotobooksRus, you may be liable for costs of re-delivery.
Currently the cost of re-delivery varies, but is typically $20AUD per package.
Unusual delivery requirements
If your delivery requires RSD, CMA/CMB, RMB, Poste Restante, or if your address doesn’t fit nicely into a standard online delivery form, please call our callback service on 1300 655 956 to arrange your order and delivery over the phone.
